Over deliver

Better to under promise and then over deliver than over promise but under deliver. Something that I was taught during WBC’s training and I think it’s quite true. Example of this would be: telling the customer that we will solve his problem in 7 days (altho we know we can do it in 3 days), then after 3 days we let him know that it’s solved. Just another those little customer service tricks.
